Please note, we make our candles to order. As an eco-conscious company, we operate through small batch and made-to-order production to reduce energy consumption. Read more about our sustainability values. 

We will accept returns up to 15 days after the order is delivered. Please email us for an authorization and return instructions. To avoid damage, please wrap and pack the returned candles with the same care as they were originally received. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

If your order is damaged in transit, please call Greentree Home Candle immediately 800-643-6223. Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please do not discard any packaging.

If you are ordering a gift, you will be given the option to include a special message at the check out. Many of our styles will come packaged in a very nice 100% recycled Kraft gift box with a beautiful label and Greentree Home Candle information card. If you would like gift wrapping, please make a note in the message section. 

Please note, we are a small company and each candle is handmade especially for you. Order cancellations will be accepted up to 8 hours after your order is placed. Cancellations will not be accepted after an order has shipped.
